Led most of the migration of Seazone's web ecosystem from WordPress to Payload CMS, alongside day-to-day product development.

• Researched, proposed, and drove the migration of the institutional site, landing pages, and marketplace from WordPress to Payload CMS, consolidating the domains under seazone.com.br.
• Frontend development with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Shadcn/UI, Zod, Yup, and Formik, plus Design System maintenance with Storybook and unit tests with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Back-end work in Python and Django, with intensive REST API integration and consumption focused on performance and reliability.
• Active application monitoring, debugging, and detailed log analysis using Grafana, Sentry, and PostHog to ensure system observability and stability.
• Docker and AWS for environment management, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices such as Clean Code in scalable projects; version control with Git and GitHub across multidisciplinary teams using Scrum and Kanban.
• Daily use of AI (Claude) as a core tool for building and reviewing code, plus automations for repetitive, business-critical processes with Baserow and Retool.
