I'm Aridan Pantoja, an AI software engineer based in Belém, Brazil. I build LLM-powered products, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents, always with the same goal: taking systems from prototype to production without losing reliability, observability, or the ability to maintain what was built.

I work as a freelancer and consultant, helping companies and founders turn ideas into real software — from initial architecture to running in production with real users. I've shipped projects like CastanhalOn, a local business directory running on self-hosted infrastructure, and the full migration of Seazone's web ecosystem to Payload CMS. Outside of code, I enjoy studying how AI agents behave in production — where they work, where they fail, and how to design reliable boundaries around them.
