Privacy

This is a personal site — there's no user sign-up, and no form of mine stores data on a server (the contact button just opens your email client). Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser via localStorage and is never sent to me or to any server.

I use PostHog as an analytics tool, but only with your consent: when you visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept all cookies or only the necessary ones. If you accept all, PostHog starts logging events like pages visited, clicks on links (email, social, projects), and searches performed on the site, along with technical browser information and an approximate IP-based location (not used to identify you individually). If you choose necessary only, no data is sent to PostHog. You can change this choice at any time by clicking "cookies" in the footer.

This data may be processed by PostHog outside Brazil, under the company's own contractual safeguards (including, where applicable, the Brazil-EU adequacy recognition in effect since January 2026); it isn't sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes, and is retained according to my PostHog project's retention settings.

Hosting is provided by Vercel, with Cloudflare in front as CDN/DNS; both process standard request logs (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp) for security, performance, and abuse-prevention purposes, under their own respective privacy policies. If you email me, I use the content only to reply to you — I don't share, sell, or otherwise use that data.

Questions about this notice, or requests to access or delete your data (including data already collected by PostHog), can be sent to the email listed on the contact page.
