Challenge

The institutional site, the landing pages, and the marketplace all ran on WordPress across separate addresses — the marketplace on its own subdomain. Publishing was slow, there was no shared content base across the properties, and SEO authority was split between hosts.

Approach

I researched and proposed Payload CMS as the WordPress replacement, and drove most of the migration: content collection modelling, a Next.js front-end with i18n and optimised images, delivery through CloudFront, and folding the spots subdomain into seazone.com.br/marketplace behind 308 redirects. I used AI (Claude) as a core tool from discovery through implementation.
